For the safety and security of every resident, AS Girls Hostel has created an official WhatsApp group that includes the hostel administration, the students and their parents or guardians. Through this group, parents and guardians are kept informed and have a direct line to the hostel management.
Students may not leave the hostel premises without prior permission. If a student wishes to go out for any reason, she must first obtain approval from her parent or guardian, who must confirm it in the official WhatsApp group. The hostel administration will allow the student to leave only after this confirmation has been received.
All permissions are recorded in the group, which helps us keep track of each student’s movements and respond quickly in case of any concern. Students are also expected to return within the approved time.
By taking admission at AS Girls Hostel, students and their parents or guardians agree to follow this policy. Our aim is to give every resident a secure, disciplined and trustworthy environment.
